• Gameplay streaming is only allowed from DotaTV, and the delay for non-accredited community casters must be at least 10 minutes behind the official broadcast.

• Using other tournament content or restreaming official broadcasts is strictly prohibited. Please follow this rule carefully to avoid potential copyright violations

Broadcast Title:

The title of the broadcast must begin with:
"FISSURE Universe Ep.8 | Team A vs. Team B."

Advertising Restrictions:

Any unauthorized advertising that has not been approved by FISSURE is prohibited, including:

• Commercials;

• Banners on the stream or in the channel description;

• Links in the channel description or chat;

• Logos on the stream or in the channel description;

• Any advertising symbols on physical objects visible on stream (pillows, signs, etc.);

• Verbal mentions of sponsors.

Professional Equipment Restrictions:

Professional lighting studios and their permanent staff cannot act as community casters (except for partner studios). To ensure that your broadcast is not classified as a professional one, we recommend avoiding the use of advanced content creation tools, including professional studio equipment, graphics, and custom HUDs.
Hosting broadcasts with multiple people physically present is prohibited.

Community Caster Requirements:

• Casters must maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere during broadcasts.

• Chat moderation is mandatory.

Tournament Image:

Community casters must maintain a positive image of FISSURE Universe Ep.8, its organizers, as well as the players and teams participating in the tournament. FISSURE reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time.
