- Community casters can only broadcast DotaTV feeds which will have a delay of 5 minutes. You must set an additional delay of 3 minutes in your Twitch/YouTube settings or your broadcasting software (OBS, etc.) for the broadcast duration of any DotaTV-related content.
- You also have the opportunity to become a media partner of the tournament and broadcast DotaTV feeds without any additional delay on your end. To do this, please fill out the following form. - Unapproved advertising is prohibited during the broadcast, including but not limited to:

- Commercial broadcast studios and their regular employees are not allowed to act as community casters (unless they are official tournament partners). To ensure that your broadcast is not classified as professional broadcasting we recommend avoiding the use of advanced studio-level broadcast features like complex studio equipment, graphics and custom HUD.
- Hosting a broadcast with multiple people present in the same physical location is prohibited.
- Commercial broadcast studios and their regular employees are not allowed to act as community casters (unless they are official tournament partners). To ensure that your broadcast is not classified as professional broadcasting we recommend avoiding the use of advanced studio-level broadcast features like complex studio equipment, graphics and custom HUD.
