I didn’t receive my ticket by email or entered the wrong email address. What should I do?

First, check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders. The email with your tickets may have ended up there. If there’s no email, please contact us at events@fissure.pro.

If you made a mistake in your email address during purchase, write to us at events@fissure.pro. Please include: your correct email address and the incorrect one you entered. We’ll try to find your order manually and resend the tickets.
